Chris Chavis

Chris Chavis is the President and General Manager of 5 Star National Baseball in Virginia Beach. He manages the day to day business operations of all 15 teams to include the 50+ staff members, team schedules, budgets, recruiting, and advertising.

Chris is a graduate of Stephen Decatur High School where he was a three sport standout for the Seahawks. After graduation Chris went on to play football at Frostburg State University for two years before leaving the University in 2003 to join the Navy. Chris spent 12 years in the Navy before making the decision to transition for a new job that allowed him to be home with the family more often in 2015.

Since taking over the Organization in 2017, Chris has helped the Organization to grow from 5 teams with 60 players to over 15 teams, training over 200 baseball and softball athletes each year.
